Dermal Fillers are an excellent option to instantly provide volume and plump the skin and reduce the tell tale signs of aging. Dermal Fillers are gel like substances that can be comprised of a variety of substances including not limited to hyaluronic acid (a substance your body produces naturally), Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), calcium hydroxylapatite or Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). These gel like substances are used to be injected under the skin to restore volume.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A FILLER TREATMENT?
Dermal Filler appointments are quick and relatively painless. The injecting portion takes about 30 minutes or less. The total appointment time is about an hour (for pre treatment photos and reviewing aftercare instructions).
Before injections, the area is thoroughly cleansed and a topical or injectable numbing agent may be applied. Majority of our dermal fillers contain pain-reducing lidocaine to help minimize discomfort during the injection.
The filler is then injected into the area to be treated. The number of injections, what type of device is used is all dependent on the area being treated and concerns being addressed.
