Nakd Policies

At Nakd Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional services and products to all our clients. At Nakd Aesthetics, we provide personalized one-on-one care, and we value your time as much as ours. To ensure we can offer the best experience for all our clients, please review our policies below.

Rescheduling, Cancelation, Late, No-Show & Deposit Policy   

​

  • Cancellations or rescheduling appointments must be done 2 days (48 hours) in advance. 

  • Certain services or individuals may require a non-refundable deposit at Nakd Aesthetics' discretion. The deposit will be applied towards the scheduled service. If the appointment requiring the deposit is a consultation, the deposit may be applied towards any service or skincare products. 

  • To avoid losing an appointment deposit, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance of your appointment. 

  • Deposits will be forfeited and are non-refundable for appointments canceled/rescheduled without appropriate notice stated above, no-show appointments, or late appointments (at the providers discretion if the service cannot be completed in the remainder of allotted time). 

  • Nakd days for communication via phone are during business hours, if you are needing to re-schedule or cancel on a Sunday or Monday or in the evening anyday, you are responsible for using the booking site at (https://www.vagaro.com/nakdaesthetics/book-now) to complete the change in a timely manner.

Products

​

  • Unused and unopened products: Refunds are available for products returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Opened or used products: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards

​

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are transferable and may be used for services or products at Nakd Aesthetics.

Memberships

​

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits and services are valid only during the active membership period and cannot be carried over or refunded if unused.

  • To cancel a membership, you must send an email to ( Info@Nakd-Aesthetics.com) - with the subject title ( Cancel Membership ) and give information when you want to discontinue the automated charges. We must be aware of your desire to cancel membership for the following month by the 15th of the month prior. (Example, email us by March 15th to cancel your membership prior to April 1st).

 

Packages

​

  • Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions within a package may be transferred to another individual or used as a credit toward other services at Nakd Aesthetics with management approval.

General Notes

​

  • Refund requests for eligible items will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Nakd Aesthetics reserves the right to deny a refund request if the item does not meet the above criteria or at Nakd Aesthetics discretion.
